A key selling point of the fund is that it allows for quick, easy and efficient conversion to full direct equity exposure. The Fund provides an alternative investment in high yield and managed risks with investments in discountable instruments of reputable financial institutions, fixed income securities including debt instruments issued by blue chip companies, capital market investments, etc.

BGL Corsica Fund
The BGL Corsica Fund is BGL’s first private real estate investment fund. The Fund will invest in various real estate development projects across Nigeria with an initial focus on strategic locations across Lagos e.g. Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki.
The Fund will pay a guaranteed return of 20% per annum p.a. to all investors who retain their investments in the fund for a lock-in period of 18 months and beyond.
It is targeted at individual and institutional investors with a low risk appetite and a medium term investment horizon.
